Response
To Articles Of 3/7/08
Last
week’s article produced some feedback that meant a lot to me. One
of the readers of my articles told me that my deer hunter article
brought back good memories for him about his dog. As many know, dogs
are more than just animals when you have them; they become a part of
your family. The reader told me how there were a lot of deer in his
area that would stalk him (which I’m quite accustomed to myself)
and his dog would bark and protect him. The reader had a strong bond
with his dog, one which is only understood by people who have best
friends, and reading my article supposedly helped him remember those
times him and his dog had; he said it allowed him to remember and
think about things he probably wouldn’t have normally given much
thought to, and I’m glad my article could do that for him. To this
reader, thank you for the feedback, it made me feel good.
I also got some more responses to my article about darkness versus
light. Gladly, the reader was on my side and also appreciated the
dark and found it soothing, just as I do. The reader also brought up
a great point of how awesome the rain is; I couldn’t agree more.
You see, many people find the rain as sad, and I do understand why
(at times), but at the same time some of my best memories took place
in the rain. Maybe I’ll have to write an article about the rain in
the future, time will tell I suppose. This reader also commented on
my article dealing with being cool and they also saw things my way
here. Listen people, I’m being serious when I talk about just being
yourself, you’ll eventually find the right people for you (whether
it be a girlfriend/boyfriend or simply friends). I was really happy
with all the responses I got this week; it was the best week since
the first week, so hopefully we can keep this trend up. Thank you for
continuing to read my stuff and enjoy the article for this week.
If you have any questions or comments for G.K., email him at GK@LostYouthNation.com, and be sure to check back here next Friday for
another random article from his unpredictable mind.
