Response To Articles From 4/23/10

So my comeback seems to have been a successful one as I’ve received nothing but positive feedback to my articles from last week (I’d like to thank all of my readers, I appreciate every single one of you). People found the topic interesting and funny, and it apparently caused a lot of people to think about being in that particular scenario... something they wouldn’t have normally ever thought about (I’m glad I could spark such an internal debate!). My good friend, Travis, brought up a couple good facts to me, so I’ll share them with all of you. First of all, it’s actually safer to have sex with a pornstar than with a stranger (and probably more fun, too). Also, women in the porn industry make about $200,000 a year! Well, as long as you don’t mind sharing your girlfriend, you’ll be able to live comfortably, hahaha! In all seriousness, the more I think about it, the more I can see myself with a pornstar, as long as she’s nice (which I don’t see why she wouldn’t be)... it wouldn’t be easy at first, but I’m good at adapting to things... I’m not banking on it happening, but one never knows!

Some people also realized that I seem to be back to my relaxed, humorous, random (sorry Nadira, I had to use it!) self again, and I agree; I definitely feel mentally free once more. The last 2 relationships I was in really strained/drained me mentally (which also led to physical stress); one was straight up horrible while the other was sad and depressing to see unfold the way it did. When you see somebody you love get controlled and then watch them change for the worse (into something they once hated and swore they’d never become... and to experience their multiple broken promises and then get treated poorly by them when all was said and done), it sucks and I hope none of you go through it (but it happens, and what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger in some way... heck, I’m smiling again). Throw in the fact that I suffered a serious injury that had me doubting whether I’d be able to do the things I loved ever again (mainly sports), and it’s simply a recipe for disaster. However, I’m lucky to have such awesome friends/family in my life, and fortunately I’m a very strong person, and the combo helped me bounce back (as I always seem to do). So yeah, I’d say I’m pretty much myself again... for the first time in over 2 years (heck, I’m even playing some hockey this weekend). Oh, and to those wondering, still no call from Ruby Rayes, lol! ANYWAY, this week’s article jumped into my head the other day and I thought it was a funny subject; hopefully you agree and enjoy reading it. Have a great week, my peeps!
